Round Cat Records 1st Year

I had a second so I started thinking that Round Cat Records has done ok since we started 1 1/2 years ago. Our artists have two great guests on their new CDs--Johnny A. on The Brooks Young Band’s “Counting Down" and John Popper on The Ron Noyes Band’s "Dust Bowl Diary."  Both of our artists have supported national acts, such as .38 Special, Robert Randolph, Blues Traveler, South Side Johnny, and many more.  They have also shared the stage with some of Boston's greats—J. Geils, Brad Whitford, James Montgomery, Gary Hoey, David Hull, Johnny A., and national acts like Robert Randolph, John Popper, Los Lonely Boys, Uptown Horns, and James Cotton. We are doing some artist development with up and coming bands like Best Not Broken and have our eyes on others.  Thanks to all the radio people who have been a huge help--Carmelita, Irene Collins, Rita Cary, Lisa Garvey, Bethany Moore, Road Kill, and others, and old friends--Jim Ravagno, Tom Ravagno, Sal Baglio, Oedipus, Duane Ingalls Glasscock, and many more.  Last, but certainly not least, the fans who have come to the shows, bought our merchandise and CDs and given their support as only fans can do.  I don't know if it can get better, but we are sure as hell gonna try.
