On Thursday, April 7^th The Ron Noyes Band will be helping out a worthy cause. They will be performing at The Yard Rest in Manchester NH to benefit the Ricker Family who is going through a very difficult time

The Ricker’s three year old; Gwen has been in and out of Children’s Hospital in Boston with severe stomach pain. Gwen was diagnosed with Intussusception. Intussusception is a serious disorder in which part of the intestine — either the small intestine or colon — slides into another part of the intestine. Intussusception also cuts off the blood supply to the part of the intestine that's affected. Gwen has had to have sections of her bowel removed. Mike and Kristen alternate days being with Gwen, at Children’s hospital, while the other is at home with the additional four kids. As of March 18^th Gwen was now diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer. She will need to live at Children’s Hospital for the next two months. She will be receiving Chemo. Mike and Kristen will continue to alternate days in the hospital with Gwen.

One hundred percent of the money received will be directly given to the Ricker family. In this time of extreme stress on the Ricker family, let’s come together as their friends, family and community and raise some funds for this family. By holding this fundraising the Ricker family will be able to concentrate on making Gwen healthy again. In addition, Gwen will be able to have her parents by her side where they should be. Not worrying at work.

The Ron Noyes Band recently won “Best Original NH Band" for 2010 and 2011 by the Hippo Press readers’ poll. Come by Listen to some great music and of course help out a very worthy cause. We will be having raffles and silent auctions at this event.
